Hamish Reid – Chair
|Hamish is the General Manager Nutritionals, at Bega Cheese Limited based in Australia.
Hamish worked in technical and product development roles within Fonterra, holding the position of Global New Product Development Manager – Dairy Foods, before moving to Taiwan on assignment. In Taiwan and then later in the Philippines Hamish held senior FMCG marketing roles developing a range of categories including adult nutritionals and growing up milk products as well as more mainstream cheese, butter and UHT milk ranges. Following completion of his assignment Hamish joined Tatura Milk Industries, a Bega Cheese Limited company.
Hamish gained a MSc in Environmental Microbiology from Canterbury University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology from Massey University and has completed the Stanford University Executive Program in the Silicon Valley.
Hamish was elected as a Director to the Board of the Infant Nutrition Council on 10 November 2015, representing the Associate members.
He was elected as Board Chair in February 2018.
Victoria Landells – Deputy Chair
|Victoria is the General Manager of the Group Regulatory function for Fonterra. In this role she is responsible for Fonterra’s regulatory strategy globally. From a dietetics background Victoria had a diverse range of experiences including community dietitian, Food Service Manager, Snr Nutritionist at FSANZ and DHS Victoria before joining Fonterra in 2007.
Victoria has been an active member of the INC for 10 years and in February 2018 was elected as Deputy Chair of the INC Board.

|Xavier joined Nestlé in 1993 as Brand and Group Manager for Nestlé Pacific Islands (NPI).
Since then he has been taken on a variety of roles including Business Development NPI, Country Manager Nestlé Polynesia and, most recently Business Executive Officer Infant Nutrition in the Malaysia and Singapore region in 2014.
In August 2017, Xavier was appointed Business Executive Officer, Nestlé Infant Nutrition Oceania.
|Shareef Khan is the Chief Operations Officer at The a2 Milk Company.
Shareef joined The a2 Milk Company in June 2012 and is responsible for providing strategic leadership in group operations across all a2 markets. He has over 15 years senior management experience and leads a dedicated team across The a2 Milk Company globally. He has experience in various industries some of which include FMCG and Infant nutrition.
During his career, he has held senior leadership roles including Supply Chain Director for Danone (Nutricia) Infant Nutrition ANZ. Shareef holds a Bachelor of Science, Post graduate Certificate in management and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional with APICS.
|Patricia is the Field Sales and Marketing Director at Aspen Nutritional, and was appointed to the INC Board in 2016.|
|Elizabeth (Ailish) Hanley is the director of the General Secretary (GS) function, Danone Australia and New Zealand. Since joining Danone in 2015, Ailish has been responsible for leading the GS corporate business services covering corporate affairs, legal & regulatory affairs, compliance and food safety. Ailish has 20 years experience in the FMCG sector. Prior to working at Danone, she worked for global drinks company, Diageo, in an number of corporate and public affairs roles in the UK and Australia. Ailish originally comes from Ireland but has been living in Sydney since 2006.|
|Suzan is currently the Director of Quality, Regulatory and Laboratory Services at Synlait Milk Ltd. Her last role was Director Quality Affairs, Business Group EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) for FrieslandCampina.
Suzan has held other senior roles since joining them in 2005, including Director Corporate QA, crisis and issue management and Corporate Quality Assurance Manager.
Prior to joining FrieslandCampina, Suzan was Global Food Safety Competence Manager for Nutreco B V and lectured agricultural economics and food safety before that.
Suzan holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry from the Wageningen University and Research Centre in the Netherlands, part of which involved study at Massey University in New Zealand.
Suzan was appointed to the INC Board in May 2018.
Lesley is the General Manager Innovation and Technical at NIG Nutritionals. She joined the INC Board as an Associate member representative in 2018.
